Either -
Call in to one of The Watch Workshop branches, if the item cannot be repaired on site we will send it to our central workshop by fully insured postage, where possible the branch technician will quote you a repair cost, if a quote is not given in the branch then the repair will be assessed on arrival at our Central Workshop and a quote will be given before any work is undertaken.
OR
Contact us via our online 'Quick enquiry form' and we will get back to you to discuss your requirements.
If a repair is agreed upon then you must post the item to our central workshop by Post Office 'Special Delivery'. (Please see the 'Mailing Details ' page).
The repair will be assessed on arrival, and a quote will be given before any work is undertaken.
When the work has been completed we will return your item to you via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service. Your item would be handled through a secure network which is separate from the regular post. The progress of this delivery is monitored at every stage via a bar-code tracking system. Accordingly, we can guarantee that your item will arrive by 12 noon on the next working day.
All our deliveries are insured against loss or damage, up to a value of £2500. If however, your item is worth more than this, please make sure you inform us and we will be happy to increase the cover accordingly.
FOR ALL AGREED WORKS, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED.
