This section is designed to help our technicians describe required repairs to customers.
When we receive your watch or item of jewellery for repair our Central Workshop technicians will assess the item and if necessary photograph the item.
The image would then be uploaded to a private page in this 'Technical Services' section with the Zoom Tool enabled.
A link to the web page would then be emailed to the customer.
The technician and customer can then discussed the repair in detail over the phone while they look at the web page.
